His Gatorade Endorsement Agreement (signed March 2024) contains a broad sports beverage exclusivity clause covering all energy drinks, sports drinks, and hydration products through December 2026. §4.2 Exclusivity

Red Bull falls within this category. Signing a Red Bull deal without written consent from Gatorade would be a material breach.
